Bowl for Kids' Sake 2010

How everyone supported children by Sponsoring the Bowl

There are many ways businesses and organizations in Connersville supported our event. They:

1. Sponsored a bowling lane for $75, get their name on the back of our T-shirts for $150, get their name on the T-shirt sleeve for $250 (only 2 sponsors get this) or get their name on the street banner ($250+ donation).
     a. The bowling lane signs will be up for a week!
     b. The shirts will be worn before, during and after the event
     c. The street banner will be up for at least 3 weeks, maybe longer
2. Donated items for a raffle sale or to be given out as prizes
3. Provided food, beverages or door prizes the day of the event
4. Created a bowling team or multiple from their staff or friends
5. Sent an individual to help organize and plan the Bowling event
6. Gave a monetary donation, however small
7. Refered friends to Big Brothers Big Sisters about the bowling event or about services we offer.

Our Dine for Kids' Sake 2010!

This year we had Pizza Hut in Connersville conduct a "Fun"raiser the same date at the Bowl.
From 5-8pm bowlers and anyone with a Pizza Hut coupon were invited to eat at their restaurant
In return for the huge flow in business, Pizza Hut donated 25% of the proceeds from those purchases to Big Brothers Big Sisters

Remember, this event is not only important to sustain our organization throughout the year, it’s about fun, togetherness and about the kids we serve in our community. All the proceeds stay in FAYETTE COUNTY to support OUR YOUTH.
